Our Programs
The CDI sponsors programs for underrepresented students, including the BWH Summer Training and Research Program and the Four Directions Summer Research Program.
Office for Women's Careers
The CDI houses the Office for Women’s Careers (OWC), which serves to support women faculty/trainees with professional and leadership development. The OWC sponsors the Women’s Leadership Program and the Women in Medicine and Science Symposium.
For New Residents
Learn what it’s like for residents to work, live and play in Boston. We strive to provide the best supports for our physicians-in-training, including a Resident Stipend Program as well as childcare and other resources.
