OUTlist: A resource for the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies

The OUTlist is comprised of those who identify as LGBTQIA+ or as our allies and who work or study at HMS/HSDM and HMS-affiliated hospitals. It exists to build community and to be a resource for those seeking to connect over their work interests or just as a community. All levels and role functions are welcomed to join the list: faculty, staff, residents, fellows, postdocs, trainees, and students.

This year, we have made some improvements.

  • We have moved our platform from Google to Qualtrics
  • The survey is much more robust. You will be able to be more specific in your interests, expertise, and the type of networking opportunities to which you are open to having.
  • In turn, you will be able to seek out connecting with others around more specific commonalities.
  • Once you complete this survey, you will not need to repeat this process on an annual basis. You will only need to complete it again if you have had some change occur such as a new role, hospital affiliation, or perhaps in your personal SOGI information.

We ask that EVERYONE (old and new) to please complete the survey again this year by December 15, 2021.
