The Center for Diversity & Inclusion is looking for a competent and well-rounded data analyst to join our team.

The Analytics, Reporting, and Insights (ARI) is responsible for identifying, querying, analyzing, and presenting through reports and presentations, a variety of data to support quality and performance measurement initiatives in support of our research mission at Brigham Health.  This will require close collaboration with faculty and staff across the D,E,I departments and will primarily serve the Center for Diversity & Inclusion.  Data and reporting support could encompass areas such as faculty, trainee and student survey programs, quality and finance reporting, faculty promotion and demographic tracking, asset utilization and measurement support, finance, business development, and others.  The successful analyst will analyze and organize complex qualitative and quantitative research, clinical, financial and administrative data from multiple data sources, and synthesize results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis, leveraging PeopleSoft Tableau tools, SQL querying and Excel analysis, Epic reporting tools such as reporting workbench and radar, as well as other tools such as R, SAS, and Python.  The analyst will develop and maintain small databases of information pulled from various internal and external sources.  They will leverage their skills working with large data sets, distilling data down into digestible information, for consumption by hospital senior leadership and staff across the organization.
