For the days when the going gets tough, we must find the courage to keep moving forward and carry on the work that needs to get done. Stressful situations at work can lead to more human error and emotional stress that can impact the work that you do. But by learning how to build your resiliency and so when those no-good days do occur, you’re calm and collected because you know how to best respond in those type of difficult.
This workshop will be an hour long, lunch provided, and will discuss the data behind burnout and review cases in small group discussions to identify best approaches in various situations.
